LLC owners can elect for the IRS to tax the LLC as a sole proprietorship, partnership, C Corporation, or S Corporation.  Owners make this election through the IRS after the company forms with the state.

Check with your state’s Department of Revenue or equivalent office to determine your state’s procedures for electing Subchapter S status at the state level.

Walk-In (Correspondent) Fee: The fee that is paid to hand-deliver your new formation documents to the Secretary of State.
South Carolina Attorney Fee: South Carolina requires that an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina sign this form.
