Incorporate Nevada vs. Other States

Incorporate Nevada vs. Other States
Starting your own business or company is a dream that most people work very hard to see through to fruition. Lifelong ambitions can be realized with the founding of a company or corporation but how do you know where to form that corporation? If you live in Nevada then the answer is easy: you incorporate Nevada and enjoy the many benefits that you may already know about. If you live in another state, you can still start a business in Nevada and enjoy those benefits, too. There are very few other states that can compare with Nevada when it comes to starting and operating a business.
For starters, when you incorporate Nevada, you enjoy very limited taxation on your income. In fact, there is no state tax on your personal income which means more money in your pocket come tax time. Nevada is one of only seven (7) states that don’t tax personal income. There is also no corporate income tax to be paid in Nevada (there are only 5 states in total that have this benefit) however corporations are required to pay a ‘franchise tax’ which is considerably less than any income tax that would have to be paid on the profits of the corporation in the other states. You can save yourself and your shareholders/investors a good deal of cash by doing business in Nevada rather than in another state.
To incorporate Nevada is an easy process that you can complete in a day or so (although it may take several weeks for approval without expedited processing), whereas in many other states the process is very complicated and may require a lot more time and effort. If you are ready to get your business off and running now, then get yourself (or a representative) ready to fill out and file the paperwork that will allow you to take advantage of all of the great benefits the magnificent state of Nevada has to offer.
