The Nevada LLC Formation Method

The Nevada LLC Formation Method
The Nevada LLC formation method is probably the easiest and most affordable way to start a new business in the state of Nevada. A limited liability company tends to offer you lots of great benefits and this is especially true of ones that are started and are operating in Nevada, where there is no personal income taxation and is there a corporate business tax. It is best, if you can afford it, to have a professional company handle the process for you so that you avoid any of the simple, common mistakes that often cause people to experience delays when forming new companies.
The first part of the Nevada LLC formation method is to verify your business name as being acceptable and available. The law is rather severe when it comes to similarities in business names; if it so closely resembles another name that it might easily and often cause confusion then it will be rejected. The best way to guarantee that this doesn’t happen is to request that the Nevada Secretary of State’s office run a business name search/check for you. Then you can reserve your selected business name so that no one else may use it or use something similar to it.
The next thing you have to do in the Nevada LLC formation method is to file your LLC application and pay the appropriate filing fee which is currently $300. You can also pay for expedited processing of your paperwork for an additional (currently) $25 per document. After you have correctly filled out and filed the paperwork it may take up to six weeks to get a response from the SOS office. In the meantime, you can always check into what local city or county business operating permits that you might need. Even if you can’t acquire them before officially being ready for operations, you can still gather the required forms etc… so that you will be ready when you receive your LLC approval.
